ESC-1000 Lotus
ESC-1000 Lotus is the current version of the EduTrak serving line software. Same hardware, completely rebuilt underneath. Faster, more flexible, and designed to handle the problems cafeteria directors run into every day.
If your internet drops at 11:45 on a Tuesday, your line does not stop. Student data is cached locally and syncs automatically when the connection returns.
Menus tie directly to your menu calendar. What is on the menu today shows up on the POS terminal automatically. No one has to update the register by hand.
Staff can pull up a class list by homeroom or grade and select the student directly instead of waiting for a scan or PIN. Good for younger grades, subs, and high-volume situations.
