We are a school district that manages tuition billing for multiple location sites and programs for our infants, toddlers and preschoolers. This is our second year fully using EduTrak's interval billing tuition program. We have been able to easily create custom tuition contracts for our many different attendance schedules, rates and credits and also track different revenue accounts accordingly. Once a parent signs their tuition contract, it is very easy and user friendly for parents to pay online. Auto payment has been a big hit and a great improvement for the parents that choose to use it, which also results with our district receiving this revenue more quickly and efficiently!
