Move students through the line faster, take any payment, and get accurate meal counts and reimbursement reports without the end-of-day scramble. Used by K-12 districts across the country, running on hardware your staff can learn in a day.
Everything the line needs during service, and everything the office needs after it. Set up once, easy to run every day.
Look up a student by barcode scan, ID entry, or name search. Photo, balance, and default meal are already on screen the moment a student is pulled up. No hunting, no manual entry.
Families add funds to their student's meal account from any device, by credit card, ACH, or mobile wallet. Low-balance alerts go out automatically. Staff can also generate a QuickPay link for a parent who needs to add money on the spot, no portal login required.
Draw from a prepaid family account, accept cash, or run a card on the PAX A35 terminal. Contactless tap, chip, and swipe are all supported. The student interacts with the terminal directly, so the cashier never handles the card.
The button grid runs dynamically, pulling each day's items straight from the assigned menu plan. If it is on the menu that day, the button is there. If it is not, it is not. No administrator and no cashier needs to touch the setup between service periods.
When the server connection goes down, the line switches to a local cache and keeps serving. Transactions queue locally and sync automatically when the connection returns, with a summary of what synced.
DataBridge pulls enrollment updates from PowerSchool, Skyward, and other systems. A dry run previews every add, change, and withdrawal before it commits. Balances and photos your office manages are never overwritten by an import.
Online applications, eligibility tracking, direct certification support, and NSLP-compliant meal counts, all in the same system your cashiers use every day. When a student's status changes, it updates at the register automatically. No manual flag, no separate spreadsheet.
Scan, type the ID, or search by name. Photo and balance come up so the cashier confirms who is being served.
The default meal is already there, or the cashier taps the day's menu buttons. Milk and a la carte add in a tap.
Draw from the family account, take cash, or run a card on the PAX A35. Offline, the line keeps serving and queues the sale.
Run End-of-Day, then pull meal counts, balances, and free and reduced reports for reimbursement and reconciliation.
